Palestinian Authority demands Israel allow reopening of Palestinian institutions On Monday afternoon, the Palestinian Minister of Information Riad El Malki stated that one of the demands that the Palestinian people would be presenting at the Annapolis summit with Israel next week would be the reopening of Palestinian institutions in Jerusalem.
